Ingredients: water, fermented cashew* (cashew*, water, sea salt, cultures, white

Preparation Heat a (fondue) pan at medium high heat. Cut one clove of
garlic in two and rub the casserole with it. Add the Omage fondue
and heat until the mixture thickens. Add pepper and salt to
taste. Place the fondue in the middle of the table and keep it
warm wit a candle or other heat.
Take some bread, roasted or cooked vegetables, potatoes and plant
based chacuterie to dip into the fondue
