✔ A perfect taste balance resembles brie or a camembert
✔ Creamy, soft and refined over time.
✔ Made with organic and high quality cashews

Soft and creamy,  Le Petit Boucan has a taste between brie or a camembert. Similar to brie, it  becomes more crunchy and dries out while ageing. The taste remains homogeneous, and the texture refines through time.
